Orders:

How do I place an order?
Navigate to the product page for the item you wish to purchase. Click the Add to Cart button on the right hand side of the page. Proceed to checkout and follow the steps indicated.
I placed an order, did you received it?
Once your order has been received, you will get a confirmation email in your inbox. If we need any additional information regarding your order, a Customer Service agent will contact you. If you do not see the confirmation email in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folders. Sometimes a product is not in stock. See 2 Minutes Delivery for more information.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If we have not yet emailed you the Product Key, you may contact us immediately to cancel or change your order. If we have already sent you the Product Key the order can not be changed or cancelled.
Where do I use a coupon code?
If you are using a coupon code, simply add the product to your cart and then click Proceed to Checkout. Enter your coupon code in the appropriate box on the top of the checkout page (Have a coupon?) and click Apply Coupon. You should see the coupon being applied to the subtotal of your cart.
Why do I have to go through a verification process?
Due to the high volume of fraudulent orders we receive daily, we do our very best to make sure that orders are legitimate to prevent customers and our business being defrauded. Sometimes this will mean getting some additional info from you before we complete your order. While we understand that this can sometimes be frustrating (you want to get you your order fast too!), please bear with us as this policy is in place to help keep everyone secure when they shop online!

All prices on this web site are subject to change without notice. Whilst we make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more items on our web site may be mis-priced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Avlicense.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

My Account:

Why should I create an account?
By creating an account you will be able to easily check your orders, your downloads, your wishlist and access other useful options to make your shopping experience as fast and efficient as possible.
What if I lost my product activation key?
If you purchased your software you can find your Product Activation Key in your account. It is your responsibility to keep a copy of your activation key in your personal archives, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or misplaced activation keys. We cannot guarantee a company archive of activation keys beyond 1 year.

General Information:

Do you provide technical support?
While we will always do our best to point our customers in the right direction if they encounter any problems, we do not provide formal technical support and it is ultimately the customer’s responsibilty to ensure they have the techincal knowledge required to download/install and use the software purchased. Some products are eligible for updates and technical support from the manufacturer, if you are uncertain whether the product you are considering is eligible, be sure to ask.
I can't find the product that I am looking for?
Send us an email! We have access to many products that aren’t listed on our website and can potentially help you find the best deal on what you are looking for.
Do you have a physical store?
No. We do not have a physical storefront and our head office location is strictly a sales office. The products we sell are all digital keys for download.
